5. Returns & Refunds

Our policy is strict regarding returns due to the perishable and heavy nature of our goods:

• All Sales Are Final: No cancellations are allowed once an order is processed.
• Damages: Replacements are only provided if a valid Unboxing Video is submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Cancellation & Replacement Policy for full details.
