1. Shipping Rates & Logic

Unlike clothing or electronics, our products (Rice, Oil, Grains) are heavy and require specialized handling to prevent leakage or damage. Because courier companies charge based on weight rather than product value, our shipping rates are calculated to cover these necessary costs.

2. Order Processing & Timelines

⚠️ Payment Policy: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). As our products are heavy and perishable, all orders must be paid in full online before we can process the dispatch.

Processing Time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

We sell heavy staples like Cold Pressed Oils and Heritage Rice. Courier companies charge by weight, not price. We charge only what is strictly necessary to cover these courier costs to ensure your heavy parcels arrive safely.

Q: What if I order more than 30kg?

For ultra-bulk orders (above 30kg), standard courier services may not be viable or cost-effective. Please contact us directly for Transport/Lorry booking options which are much more economical for large loads.
