2. Damage & Replacement Policy
We take utmost care in packing your heavy items (Rice, Oils, Grains) to withstand transit. However, in the rare event of transit damage, we have a strict replacement policy.
📹 Mandatory Proof: Unboxing Video
You must provide a clear, uncut Unboxing Video showing the package condition before opening and the damage inside.

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Late claims will not be entertained. -
🔄 Resolution:
After verification of the proof (video), we will send a replacement product free of cost. Please note that no monetary refunds will be provided for damaged items—only replacements.

This policy covers damage during transit only. The following are not covered:
- Damages caused by customer neglect.
- Improper usage or storage of the product after delivery.
